From Childhood Passion to Professional Detailing
Joe Higgs, the founder of Polar Valets, has been passionate about cars since childhood. "I've always loved cars," Joe says. His passion began with helping his granddad, who used to buy, prepare, and sell cars. From the age of 12, Joe enjoyed cleaning and making those cars look their best. This early experience ignited a lifelong love for automotive care.
Expertise and Continuous Learning
I'm proud to be a Magnum Ceramic Coatings Accredited installer, a testament to my commitment to using elite surface chemistry that provides up to 10 years of protection. Furthermore, I hold an Advanced Machine Polishing qualification from the UK Detailing Academy and a Professional Wet-Sanding & Paint Levelling certification, ensuring my skills in the latest paint correction methods are second to none.
This combination ensures I can offer the best of both worlds: access to industry-leading products and the proven expertise to apply them flawlessly, tackling everything from light gloss enhancements to deep paint imperfections. I believe in constantly expanding my knowledge and skills, regularly undertaking training to stay ahead of new innovations, tools, and techniques.

Polar Valets operates from a secure, purpose-built studio in Malvern, Worcestershire, designed to provide the perfect climate-controlled environment for flawless paint correction and ceramic coating application. I want my customers to have total peace of mind.
