Polar Valets Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings with Polar Valets. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1) Deposits and Booking Confirmation

The remaining balance is due immediately on completion, before keys are returned.
Accepted payment methods: BACS transfer or cash.

3) Vehicle Preparation

Please remove all personal items from the vehicle before work starts.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

4) Pricing and Additional Charges

All prices are a guideline based on typical vehicle condition and service scope.
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive soiling, including but not limited to:
- Pet hair
- Vomit
- Bodily fluids
- Any other contamination requiring extra time, materials, or specialist processes
If additional charges apply, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

5) Location and Site Requirements

Our insurance requires that we work only at suitable locations.
We will not work on main roads, public car parks without written permission, or any location that risks our safety or our equipment.
You must provide:
- Suitable off‑road parking for a long‑wheelbase van
- Enough space to fully open all doors on your vehicle
- A standard electricity supply at the location
We carry pure water on board, so a water supply is not required.

Please read and understand these terms prior to your appointment to ensure expectations are aligned.
If these terms are not met, including site suitability and vehicle preparation, you may be liable for the full cost of the agreed booking.
