What is the difference between a 2-year and a 10-year Ceramic Coating?

It comes down to chemical density and longevity. Our Gyeon EVO (2-3 Year) coatings offer incredible hydrophobic "self-cleaning" for daily drivers. Our Magnum Luminous X (7-10 Year) coatings are professional-grade, permanent ceramic shields. Magnum is an investment-grade product that provides a harder, thicker layer of protection, designed for owners who want a "lifetime" solution for their vehicle's preservation.

My car is brand new from the dealership. Why does it need detailing?

"Factory Fresh" does not mean "Flawless." Most new cars are subjected to aggressive rapid-washes at the port or dealership, which causes fine scratches known as delivery marring. Furthermore, dealership "protection" packages are often low-quality sealants applied by untrained staff. Are the results of Paint Correction permanent?

Yes. Unlike "polishing" at a standard car wash (which often uses "fillers" to hide scratches temporarily), our Machine Polishing process involves true Paint Correction. We physically remove a microscopic layer of the clear coat to level out the defects. Once the scratches are gone, they are gone forever. We then "lock in" that perfect finish with a Gyeon or Magnum ceramic coating.

Why must Ceramic Coatings be applied in a Studio rather than on my driveway?

To ensure a Permanent Bond, ceramic coatings require a temperature-controlled, dust-free environment. High-humidity or wind-blown dust on a driveway can ruin the application, leading to "high spots" or premature failure. For all Magnum 7 & 10-Year services, we require the vehicle to be in our secure Malvern studio to guarantee the integrity of the coating.

Is professional detailing a better investment than a regular valet?

Absolutely. A standard valet is about "cleanliness," but Specialist Detailing is about "preservation."
