Our Meticulous Coating Process: From Decontamination to Perfection
1. Decontamination & Safe Wash
Your vehicle undergoes a comprehensive safe wash and a full chemical and mechanical decontamination process. Tar, iron fallout, and all bonded contaminants are safely removed to leave the paintwork perfectly sterile.
2. Paint Correction (The Critical Stage)
Every vehicle, even brand new ones, requires at least a single-stage machine polish before coating. This removes any swirl marks or light defects, dramatically enhancing gloss and creating a perfect surface for the coating to bond to. The level of correction is tailored to your car's needs.
3. Surface Preparation & Coating Application
The paint is wiped down with a panel prep solution to remove all polishing oils. The ceramic coating is then expertly applied, panel by panel, in our temperature-controlled studio, ensuring a perfect, even layer.
